Skilled nursing care services are for clients who need care or treatment that can only be performed by a licensed professional (Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse).

 

The following are the services we offer but are not limited to:

• Disease management

• Illness assessment

• Wound care management

• Catheter care

• Medication management and administration

• Management of feeding tubes

• Ostomy care

Companionship services offer our clients a companion/sitter who will support and assist clients with instrumental activities of daily living.

The following are the services we offer but are not limited to:

• Meal preparations

• Light Housekeeping

• Shopping

• Running errands

• Supervision

• Safety promotion

• Medication reminders

• Plan and encourage social activities

Personal care services assist our clients with day-to-day activities that they are unable to perform on their own due to decreased physical capabilities or diminishing cognitive abilities.

Our caregivers can assist with:

• Ambulation assistance

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Toileting and incontinence

• Medication reminders

• Transfer assistance

• Change linen/bed making

• Turn and reposition assistance
